Hi,

I Have a problem installing a new firmware on my HP R3000XR UPS.

When I excecute: eflash HP-R3000_XR.ROM -aCOM1 -c9600 -e290-HP_R3000_XR_HV_0200.PP


It gives me:

CoreLogic Industrial Software eFlash Utility v1.1.0.2

 1) Checking for XCP Device at COM1...

   eFlash Error: XCPERR_CONNNOTOPEN

eFlash completed with exit code = 7 (0x0007)

 

I hope someone can help me with this :).
