Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a problem with Microsoft Word (2016) mail merge to email,

 

The Mail Merge works fine to labels and letters, it just does not connect to email.  No error message, just no emails. I am sending via Outlook 2016 and can send emails directly, just no via Mail Merge.

 

I also have an older HP laptop with Windows 10 (32bit) and Office 2106 and can email via Mail Merge without problem. am secretary for a small group and I have been sending my emails using this older PC and not fixed the new one for nearly a year!!

 

Any Ideas?  Thank you
