Product: Scan and Capture
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need a way to get an offline installer for this, as we have a lot of issues with the MS Store, and it also does not install for all users on a PC.

 

Is there a way to do that?

If it's a modern app, you can download it's appx file for your personal use only, using a software called "fiddler":
