- Sitescope unable to connect with boxes.

We are having issues with boxes losing connection with Sitescope, We are getting N/A on every monitor but when the server is checked it is found to be in good health. We can telnet to the boxes from the sitescope server so the next step was to remove the server from sitescope and try to re add, Now we cant add them back in Sitescope says it cant connect.. error message is - Titestamp_Perftime, Frequesncy_Perftime_Timestamp_Sys100Ns.
Any help extremley welcome.
