Product: HP 530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi, i have a hp 530 and when i want upgrade to windows i have this code error: 0xC1900101 0x20017. I was search and download hp image assistant and say "The OS/Architecture to migrate to, windows 10, version 1809 32-bits MBR, is currently not supported by the platform".  Please i need their help to upgrade. Thanks

I assume this is the HP 530 laptop? if so, I think it's probably too old to support an upgrade to Windows 10.

You could try using the Microsoft tool to make a USB installer, boot from that and then install Windows (but note that this will wipe any existing installation).
