Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On Thanksgiving I purchased a crappy mouse (already returned) and a laptop that I paid extra to have Microsoft Office 365 pre installed before arrival. I was informed I would receive an email when the laptop arrived containing the product key code so I could activate it at that time. Still waiting. Have contacted customer service many times in every form I could- email, phone calls, virtual assistance. They tell me to check all folders on all email accounts. I did. They never sent it. What is my next step to get Office 365 activated?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you. And perhaps this matter will get solved eventually. I have been watching and waiting diligently. I was going to call the customer service number AGAIN but I don't really have the kind of time to waste today telling them the same answers to the same questions. I have done all of what I can do on my end. Why, when they say that I will receive an email with the product key code (and they have no record of it being sent) can't they just end my suffering and send it now?

Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate any help I can get to have this taken care of.
