Product: Web Jetadmin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hello everyone.

 

         My company just gave me a project to upgrade our current Web Jetadmin software with the latest version (which i'm not familiar with it at all)

We are currently using ver. 10.3.96073 (10.3 SR8) on Windows Server 2016 and would like to know if it is safe to do an upgrade from current version to the latest in one step, or if there is a required upgrade path that must be followed to avoid issues.
