Product: HP Compaq dc7700p Convertible Minitower
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Hello,

 

We have an HP Compaq dc7700p Convertible Minitower that has been idle for a while. Because of circumstances we need to get this computer up and running again but there is a problem however. The computer takes 10+ minutes to start Windows Vista and is unusually slow in general. I was thinking that doing a full wipe and formatting all the disks would help but for that I am in need of a Windows Vista Business 32-bit ISO or other image.

 

We still have the activation key and the s/n of the computer.
