Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Does it happen with specific page that won't work?
- Have you tried reinstalling the Google chrome browser?
- Have you tried with another web browser such as IE internet explorer or Microsoft Edge browser?
While you respond to that, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall Chrome. Uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome can fix problems with your search engine, Flash, pop-ups, updates, or other problems that might have prevented Chrome from opening.
