Hello!
You may need to restore the default BIOS settings on your laptop in an effort to resolve the issue and allow it to boot. You can follow the instructions below in order to do this:
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 key to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
- Press the F10 key to Save and Exit.
- Using the arrow keys select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
- Follow the prompts to restart your computer and see if the issue is resolved.
I hope this solves your issue. Please do not hesitate to reply to this comment for any additional help you need!
