Product: thin client t5565

Hi We swapped out a 2008 server for a 2012 server and now thin clients - t5565 - will not rdp to the new server.  Would like to try the service pack update but when i get into 'easy update' and pick the service pack, it just says retrieving forever.

There is an ftp server listed there, is there a new server to use?

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/tcbian/updates/4.1/service_packs    is what it lists

 

regular updates work, like the viceo driver.

I can download the service pack onto a windows pc but how to get the thin client to use that for updating?

Ideas?
