Product Name: HP Color Laserjet 2550
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

The PC is running Windows 7 32 bit and is connected to the printer (HP Color Laserjet 2550) using a USB cable. The problem is that it will not reliably print in color. I have downloaded the 3 drivers (PCL 6, PCL5 and PS) available on the HP website. The PCL5 driver will print in Black only. The other 2 do not reliably printin color - there are pages with faded color and other blank white pages printed. I have tried another printer of the same model and the problem is still there. I have tried removing the device and reinstalling it as well.

 

 

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for any replies.
