Product Name: HP Officejet x576dw MFP
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

I would like to update the firmware on the printer.  I am having difficulty maitaining a wireless connection.  I can't sign in, I don't recall putting in a password on setup.  How can I get it back to factory settings so I can update.  I tried HP firmware updater on the utility but it does not work.
