Hello.

1. I've installed HP printers using HP UPD last version.

2. I've installed JetAdmin, 10.3, and configure, working.

Problem:

I want to get a report from JetAdmin, Device Utilization by User. It's working and the report is correct. Users are reported in DOMAIN\user format. But, when I print from an spercial application (ERP) to a printer that is shared on a network, the report is giving me Anonymous user (and the number of printed pages listed correctly).

How to do to know what user made the print? To avoid anonymous report? In that application I will set a phisical printer in format: \\computer\SharedPrinterName. That computer has an user, and that user has the HP drivers installed (last version). I do too, but I what that report with my user name (Windows AD UserName) insted of Anonymous.

Is this possbile? If so, how?

Thanks!
