Say,

I am having the exact problem with my M1530 MFP printer.  It is like new.  A friend gave it to me because they never used it.   It will be a great printer if I can navigate around th 99% error.  There is no error code when it occurs.  I thought it may be a disc error so downloaded the software from the web.  Still did not work.  Any insight would be GREAT.  The web link did not address this.
