Product Name: HP 350 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello every one

I got a serious issue I’ve been going all around the fourms doing what they say with nothing in the result

NoteBook Details :

Model : HP 350 G1

OS: Win7 installed

It all started when I was updating my BIOS during the update something went wrong apparently..

Now when I turn my Notebook on Igot the capsLock LED blinking twice then stop for a couple seconds then it blinks again twice

The display is black and blank it shows absolutely nothing the wireless button LED stays orange I tried to Recover the notebook BIOS using a key press combination but after several attempts No thing have changed

I tried to do a USB BIOS recovery, I downloaded the BIOS update and recovery tool from HP’S Drivers and software download

then I got my Flash drive ready but the update tool’s options stays gray and I can't get to the next step as below:

I really appreciate any help

Thanks in advance
