Product Name: Laptop 250 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I have HP Laptop 250 G3 which has Windows 10 Technical Preview installed but then its expired and prompt upgrade.

However, decided to chenge the Boot up settings in BIOS to endble CDROM bootup to install Windows 8.1 since CDROM boot wasn;t enable.

Attempted boot priority changes and also made changes to Secure Boot options.

After F10 and and accept changes; Operating System Boot Mode Change screen appears with instructions and certain four digits to input + ENTER -to complete but cursor freezes at end of www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup.

Attempt several reboots but same screen remains hence issue.

Can someone HELP advise what cause of action to take to resolve or procedures to take to rectify please.

Appreciate time and help in advance.
