Hi Everyone,

 

This board brings commercial questions to the attention of a small group of volunteer experts.

 

There are two groups of people using this board:

  • The people finding commercial customers looking for help. These people will create threads on this board.
  • The volunteers answering the customer’s question. These people will reply to threads on this board to let the rest of the team know that the customer is being helped.

 

Process to bring commercial customers to the volunteer’s attention

If you are starting a thread please be sure to follow the following process when posting to this board:

 

Start a new thread for each customer question/ thread.

 

Subject line:

Name of the product: The name of the thread

 

Body of the post:

URL

 

Paste in the post

Process to help customers

 

If you are knowledgeable in HP’s commercial products and want to reply to a post in the community, here is the process to follow:

  • Reply back in the Commercial Customer Escalations board to let the other experts know that you have this thread.

  • Click on the URL in the community and work with the customer.

 

This is the first time we have ever done this. Please let us know if there is anything we should change.
