I have a Hp Colorjet 3500 printer that is giving me the 10.92.00 Cartridge not engaded error.

 

Everything closes right and the flaps on the cartridges go up, but i think i have found the problem so i wanted to check with you if this is what is wrong.

 

The gear on the right side that connects to the black cartride is really loose to spin and i hear clicking noises on the other side when i spin it.

I opened the cover on the right side and it seems that there is a wheel it connects to but it is not spinning with the unit.
