Inside the HP Community Printer Review Program
We opened an offer to every HP Expert in the USA: receive a brand-new HP printer at your door, set it up, put it to work, and tell us exactly what you think. Four stepped forward.

The Program

This special program put HP printers in the hands of the people who know them best. Each volunteer expert received a printer at home, completed the setup, used it in real-world conditions, and shared honest feedback along the way. No scripts and no scorecards, just real experience from people who help HP customers every day.

Their review covered four areas
Setup: how smoothly the printer goes from box to first page
Connectivity: wireless setup and day-to-day reliability
Print quality: real documents and real results
The HP App: from first launch to everyday use & others.

Meet the Four Experts

Thank you to the volunteers who gave their time, curiosity and candid feedback.
