On March 18th, we marked an exciting milestone — the launch of our very first HP Support Community Live event!

 

While it was a humble beginning, it was a meaningful one. Two community members joined us live, and together, they contributed by helping answer two posts in real time. It may sound small, but it’s exactly the kind of engagement that builds a strong, supportive, and collaborative community.

 

This initiative is just getting started. Our goal with these weekly live sessions is to create a space for:

  • Open conversations 
  • Interactive Solution Sprint
  • Dynamic support experiences
  • A stronger sense of community through real-time collaboration

We’ll be hosting one live event every week, and we’re excited to see this grow — more participants, more discussions, and more impactful problem-solving together.

Every contribution count, and this is just the beginning. Looking forward to seeing more of you join us in the upcoming sessions!
