If you're looking for teamwork at its finest, you've come to the right place.  You'll find many things on the HP Consumer Support Forum.  There are answers to all sorts of questions: how to choose the right ink cartridge, how to perform a system restore, how to enable web services on an ePrint printer, and the list goes on.

 

Collaboration among our Experts is the overarching theme in this Community though.  Not only do we solve more problems more effectively, it results in a pleasant support experience for our members.

 

In the post of the week, Elberraco came to the forum looking for help.  His desktop PC has 2 hard drives, and he was interested in using the secondary hard drive for all of his files and software, including iTunes. 

 

top20_2012-06-22.JPGIn a stellar showing of teamwork, old_geekster was the first Expert on the case, offering a couple of effective suggestions.  Big_Dave followed up with additional information to help Elberraco migrate his personal folders, such as "My Documents" to the secondary drive.  Elberraco was thrilled with the joint solution our Experts provided: "Awesome! That is what I was looking for. I was driving myself crazy. Thank you for all your help, and I truly appreciate it."

 

Now it's time for the Top 20 Posters of the Week, and what a busy week it was!  This week we had 7 members post over 200 times, and 2 posted over 300 times.  -JohnB- and pcwizard trumped the competition with 352 and 303 posts respectively.  Paul_Tikkanen rounded out the top 3 with a fantastic 241 posts.  Excellent showing everyone.  You really do make a difference here; kudos to all of you!
