In the post of the week, sshehab came to the forum requesting help adjusting his screen resolution. The text and fonts are much smaller than he'd like, and when he adjusts the resolution, graphics appear grainy.
Member sfawzy posted his first response within an hour, and continued the conversation, which grew to 20 posts, for an entire day. He helped sshehab adjust the resolution, and then change his DPI settings to enlarge the fonts and icons. He used step by step instructions and graphics that clearly illustrated what needed to be done. Great perseverence in this topic, sfawzy, and great job answering sshehab's question!
Next up... the Top 20 Posters of the week! Wow, Bob_Headrick has snagged the #1 spot this week with over 200 posts. He's a veteran member of our Community, but it's been quite a long time since he has earned top honors. In 2nd place we've got DavidPK with 191 posts, and Paul_Tikkanen in 3rd with 135. Fantastic work, you three!
Thank you to all forum members who helped someone out this week. The HP Support Forum would not be an effective venue for support without all of you. Happy posting!
