A: No, switching back from HP+ to HP Standard is not available. The only switch allowed is from HP Standard to HP+.
Q3: Once I switch to HP+, can I revert to HP Standard later?
A: No, once HP+ is activated, the option to revert is permanently disabled.
Q4: If I declined HP+ and set up my printer as Standard, but enrolled in Instant Ink, will I get a second chance to switch to HP+?
A: No, customers enrolled in Instant Ink on a Standard setup printer do not receive the second chance HP+ offer. For eligible customers, follow the replacement printer process.
Warranty and Coverage FAQs
Q5: How long does it take for the additional HP+ hardware warranty to be applied?
A: The HP+ warranty is automatically added and may take up to 72 hours from acceptance of the HP+ offer to reflect on your printer warranty status.
