Hi. When i print docs. The writting comes out pale blue and not black and too light on tone. How can i ajust..?

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer.

 

This issue could occur if the ink nozzles on the cartridge are clogged.

 

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

Also, you may remove one of the cartridges, print a page and then swap it with the other cartridges and check if it is the same issue with both the cartridges when they are installed one at a time.
