I apologize if I confused some of this issue. The CEO did not stop my emails, only customer service stopped receipt of my emails. I will try and email customer service again and see if I get at least the "Auto Reply" message. Except, this really looks to me that it is MY emails they are refusing to  receive. I know I sound paranoid, but as I said, I will try again. But, I sure don't want to start from scratch having to give them the same information four times and then beg them for a replacement cartridge that they promised to mail out to me on 12.21.08 Then, what I will do, just to see why the CEO has not replied to me in over a week because they are "researching" my problem, I'll try to email them also to see if they have found anything out in their research as to where my cartridge really is. I really would like them  to let me know WHY they won't just send me ONE little (promised to me)  inkjet black cartridge no. 98. It's way too complicated for me to figure out. Thanks everybody for your help, I'll try all your suggestions.

Hi Mommahen.

HP nevers blocks emails from a specific user *unless you are on a restricted party list* and I happen to know the email system has had some failure in the last 2 weeks. Not sure if this is still ongoing but what you experienced is in line with the issue reported from the system.

Indeed check if you get the autoreply. Also, in your previous communications, did you not get a customer ID or a service ticket number? With that number the agent should be able to find all your communication back.
I wish I was technical and could help you further but unfortunately I can not.

Kind regards
Wendy

How do we even contact anyone for help? I have been all over the HP site and you just keep being  shoved from 1 place to another. At this point I am really regretting getting an HP. I used to get Sony and I could find help live or by email anytime I needed them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. the problem i have is the HP updates do not update they load and then it reads installation cancelled. unsure what to do next.
