Hello I'm from India.

I've hp pavilion gaming notebook and company's warranty is expiry on next month.

I contacted hp support for extended warranty and said I'd get call from tomorrow.

Today I got call from hp and discussed about warranty.

They mailed me and I got quotes and it was from arm info solutions.

Is it genuine authorised partner to buy hp's extended warranty?

Or fake partner to get money in unauthorized way?

Please answer if anyone know.

Thank You All.

Hi @Vargish,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

For extended warrenty, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

When I contacted HP extended warranty support they said they do not extend the  warranty for any computer more than 3 years old.

Hmm

As you've 3yrs old laptop, company won't support you for extended warranty from company. You can buy any third party genuine warranty available in your country.

I bought my notebook last June 2020 so I asked about warranty.

Hello,

If you've HP notebook than you can buy extd. warranty from tpstech.in (TPS Technologies) upto 2yrs(after expiring HP's warranty from company) and accidental liquid protection.

Choose your plan according to your notebook series.
