Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0087tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I visited the authorised seller for HP products- HP World, Wazirpur. They replaced my HP laptop battery last year through the authorised HP service centre Silicon Computers which is also located in Wazirpur. The guy Jitendra from HP World told me that it had a 1 year warranty. The battery stopped working before 1 year, so I contacted him on what to do. He sent me to his supplier in Laxmi Nagar, wasted my entire day and the supplier was very rude and he told me that he doesn’t have the battery in stock and I need to get the battery replaced from Jitendra in wazirpur only. Standing in Laxmi Nagar, I tried to contact Jitendra 50 times for atleast 2 hours, he never picked up the call. So without getting the battery replaced, I had to return home. He made me travel 4 hours that day and never picked my call even. I am more upset with HP as they are not providing the service they promise. I would recommend no one to this place. If you went to this place, they will never solve your problem.
