I have raised a service request for my laptop (bezel issue). Case number raised last week. I was told it will be addressed with in 24-48 hrs. Till date, 7 days passed. No email/call back from HP team till now. I called customer care thrice and asked for status update . They keep on repeating same phrase " we have highlighted the concern and you will get an update with in 24-48 hrs" but no use at all.
