Product: HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered a laptop last night.  Today I got a phone call from someone asking about my order. They were able to give me my email and physical address, which I confirmed after they told me the information. They asked if it was being ordered for home or business.  The call was from [info removed]. Can anyone confirm this was an HP employee?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
