I desperately need help trying to cancel a HP smart friend subscription, it feels literally impossible to cancel in the UK, everything is just a dead end no matter how you try to. I was never even able to access/use the service at all and my product warranty ran out a couple of months later,  leaving me with a completely unusable laptop, so I haven't even owned a HP product in two years at this point.
