I called last month at the end of my contract to cancel smartfriend. They charged me again this month. I called back and was told they didn't cancel my membership. I told them I wanted my money back and to cancel. It should have already been done. They claimed they couldn't reach me so they thought I had changed my mind. They had just repeated back to me all of my correct contact information. How do you get this cancelled? I have read nothing but horror stories about this.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
