Cancelled order

Hi there ordered a envy x360 yesterday, I had an email saying the order had been received and when I went on tracker it said it would be delivered by the 29th. However I checked it again today and it now says cancelled. I have had no email updates on my order to say it’s been cancelled or refunded. I assumed I would not be charged until the order had been shipped however here I am £800 down and a cancelled order. 
I am a university student currently without a laptop and with all my lectures and work being online I unable to complete my uni work
