I've come back later, refreshed the page and tried 3 different browsers but it's always the same result, please fix and/or help. I contacted HP Support 3 times and they were not able to help saying this is a software issue! Software issue with 3 browsers?????
This is an account issue. The dashboard is not able to pull in my devices. PLEASE HELP. This is a computer I just got last night and I already have 2 issues with it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As its account related, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
