To whom it may concern:
The WYSIWYG reply text box does not appear when attempting to edit or reply on a thread in Google Chrome version 39.

Updated: I don't use Chrome but for this thread I downloaded Chrome and installed to this machine. I'm editing post and replying posts right now. I can't see what the problem is.
