I have submitted HP care pack on May 25, 2022, for my 3 years old laptop (HP pavilion model 14-CE0064st) and I got an email confirming all my documents are in order. i followed up with several emails and I haven't received an answer, I tried several times to call, and I got the runaround.   Does anyone know who to contact to resolve this issue.

If you purchased this care pack from the HP website, I recommend you to contact HP sales

 

Or you will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

I have submitted today a second request for my Care Pack refund per your instruction including the web form (including product ID & S/N)  and purchase receipt to IBS Focus  CRC.  How long does it take to see my refund considering I have been waiting since May 25, 2022?.
