I'm trying to register my HP laptop. After accessing the HP Care Pack Registration page:

 

https://www.hp.com/us-en/services/consumer/carepack-registration.html

 

and filling it out, the Submit button does not work. When I select it nothing happens. I filled out all the fields and have looked at the Privacy Page and Terms and Conditions page. The Terms and Conditions page is a. bad link, but I am not sure if that is the problem.
