I want to change my display name from MatthewI236 to Kygekraqmak. I've tried to change my display name in https://myaccount.id.hp.com/uaa, but it didn't update it here. So I think this is not change-able by users and only special administrators can change it. Can someone help/change my display name to Kygekraqmak?

@ MatthewI236 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you would like to change the display name.
What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..).
Please perform the below steps and check.
- Here's how to change your display name if you're signed in to your Microsoft account:
- Sign in to the Your info page on the Microsoft account website.
- Under your name, select Edit name. If there’s no name listed yet, select Add name.
- Enter the name you want, then type the CAPTCHA and select Save. Some names may not be allowed if they contain blocked words or phrases. If you get an error when you enter your name, try a nickname instead.
- If the display name doesn't change right away, or if the old name is still showing in emails, your information may be cached. To get the name to update quickly, you can switch to your local account, then sign back in to your Microsoft account.
- The display name doesn't change your gamertag. If you want a new gamertag, see How to change your Xbox gamertag.

Change administrator name
- To change the administrator name:
- In the search box on the taskbar, type Computer Management and select it from the list.
- Select the arrow next to Local Users and Groups to expand it.
- Select Users.
- Right-click Administrator and select Rename.
- Type a new name. Note that you'll need to be the administrator to change this name.
