HP Recommended

I tried creating an new HP company user because im a new employee and everytime i try to create one with my personal credentials its says that there is duplicate contacts found and the registration progress stops there. I have no other accounts and the company i work for havent created one either. 

I need the company user account to work due to report errors with multiple computers and laptops.
