I ordered a gaming desktop before Thanksgiving 2021, and it shipped with an ETA of December 3rd. FedEx apparently attempted delivery on December 2nd, however I was not home since it was due the next day (signature required). FedEx lost the package and their "investigation" has yielded nothing. I was told by FedEx to contact the shipper for a resolution (HP). Since December 13th, I have yet to have any kind of definitive answer or real conversation with the HP Resolution team. I have requested that another computer be built and shipped, however again, HP Resolutions has not responded with any kind of resolution. Is there any way I can contact a customer service or Resolutions Team Member in the United States so that I can either get the product I ordered, or get a refund so I can go buy from a more reputable computer manufacturer? This is VERY frustrating, being as I have thousands of dollars tied up in a Christmas gift that was stolen by the shipping company... yet no one wants to take responsibility and replace the product.
