HP Recommended

I bought a laptop from Flipkart, i raised complaint about my laptop's screen bleeding issue. Flipkart said technician will come and check your product and after only we will process replacement.but the technician called me and asked my address.since my location is long the technician asked me to take photo of your screen bleeding issue.

I sent photo of my issue and he said that we replace your product and they sent me DOA LETTER.how i can belive them because the technician not came to my location, the Doa letter is mailed by someone and it is not Seems like HP's official mail.

Now I am confused that they are real assured hps employees or not🥺
