Im using a new profile. When I try to log in to the hp website it redirects me to a page that says:

 

Email profile already exists in our system. Please try again with different email.

 

I can't login to the website with this problem, and there are other people who have been having a few issues with this problem too, I really need this fixed so I can check on my order. Is there a way to fix this?
