Hi:
Click on the drop down arrow next to your user name on the upper right side of the webpage.
Click on 'My Setings' (with the gear icon next to it)
Click on the 'Personal' tab near the upper left of the My settings page.
Check the box next to the 'Don't send me any communty emails', and save the setting.

Thanks for that information, but will they still go into my mailbox for the community site, just without hitting my personal email? I want them to go to the community mailbox on my profile. Then when I've got time, i'll go through them versus my email going off every 5 minutes . At work, that doesn't work. Thank you sir.

You're very welcome.
Yes, you can log in at any time, and if you look at the little notification 'bell' icon at the top right of the page next to your user name, it will have a count of how many replies, kudos, etc. you received.
You can click on that notification icon, see the activity, and reply to any replies you received to your posts.
If there is no count next to the bell, then none of the discussions you were participating in had any activity.
