Would anyone know of an email address of a manager I can escalate my complaint to? I have spoken to numerous customer service that has not been able to register my complaint so I need to speak to someone to let them know my issue. I am unsatisfied with a product I bought and have requested assistance prior to the end of the warranty which was never resolved. Is there an ombudsman for HP? I was transferred 3x on a customer service call just now and the last person I was speaking, to the line cut off (not sure if on purpose or not) and they haven't called back.
