Would anyone know of an email address of a manager I can escalate my complaint to? I have spoken to numerous customer service that has not been able to register my complaint so I need to speak to someone to let them know my issue. I am unsatisfied with a product I bought and have requested assistance prior to the end of the warranty which was never resolved. Is there an ombudsman for HP? I was transferred 3x on a customer service call just now and the last person I was speaking, to the line cut off (not sure if on purpose or not) and they haven't called back.

The only way I know of to e-mail HP would be to fill out the form to contact the HP executive team at the link below.

Thank you, this is useful. I spoke to HQ and they gave me an email address but I think this form is useful and probably will be forwarded to the same email address that I wrote to.

You're very welcome.
I used it a couple of times and they are pretty responsive.
You should get an automated acknowledgement of receipt and then in a few business days someone should contact you with a case number.
Hopefully, they will resolve the issues you are having to your satisfaction.
