Product: HP Envy x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-fc0000 (8Z8L9AV)

Hi

I have purchased a HP Envy laptop on 28th Oct 2024, along with the Care Pack - Extended Warranty/ Accidental damage protection and Anti-Virus. 

But still I am running from 1 support to other support to get Care Pack. 

Now today they are telling me to contact Care Support.

Need to know, what are the options to get this escalated to higher management, or raise this concern to whom to get this resolved.
