Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there a Hp Executive Corporate Complaint Department?  And if so, what is the email or contact number for them? Hp continue to slide when it comes to their quality control on all their personal laptops! Purchased 2 Hp Spectre x360 last year, one worked fine, the other was gifted still in a seal box and the screen doesn't even come on! Whatever information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
