HP Recommended

Hey, your service is really good at times, but however sometimes your agents lose patience with me because they're rude :/. Sometimes I'm so slow, and I get distracted but other than that I'm really nice. At least agents should be more courteous, but yeah I get they probably have a bad day or something.
