Product: HP 10bII+ Financial Calculator

Hello,

 

I am currently trying to follow an example problem and I am getting the wrong answer. I have tried factory resetting the calculator and I have made sure that my P/YR is set to 1 as it should be for the problem.

For this problem we are trying to figure out the amount that needs to be deposited each year. When inputting the N,I/Y, and the FV I end up getting 18,919.71 when it should be 17,765.
