HELP!!! I tried to cancel order within an hour by calling and couldn't get through

HELP!! I've been trying to cancel my order for hours now, I tried within the hour of ordering but couldn't get through due to high call volume.  I don't want to be charged restocking fee, and need to cancel so I can order elsewhere!!!

I am sorry you are stuck.


Yes, twice yesterday I did see the website message "Too many Peeps" when perusing for a new computer.

I would expect the phone lines are jammed, too.

It is very busy!
