Operating System: Linux

I had first many problems yesterday to create an hp account: The site told me that a verification code was sent to me, but I didn't receive it. Again and again I clicked on "Didn't receive code", and finally I got one, but when I submitted it, it was "wrong or expired". After many tries, I finally succeeded to create the account. But when I tried to log in today, I got the message "username or password unknown". I clicked on "Password forgotten", got the message "verification code sent to ...", but again didnt receive a code. Again, after many tries, I finally got through and I am back here again. Does anyone recognise this problem? I am working with Linux and using Firefox 60.5.1esr. I wonder if I will be able to login the next time...
